access. Skillometer provides a secure login and password-protected
access to accounts, tests and test results. |

edge and current Information Technologies. Our tests assess
general knowledge, concepts, and problem-solving ability. |

Developed
by industry experts. Skillometer's tests are created using
subject matter experts. For each test, we utilize a team
of IT professionals considered experts in the respective
technology to author, review and edit tests. Skillometer
seeks active participation of technology vendors to author
and/or review tests in their technology domains. We validate
our test items (questions and answers) using test beds
comprised of IT professionals. |

Adaptive
tests. Skillometer's tests are powered by an adaptive
testing engine that adjusts to each test taker's skill
level. With each answer provided, the software assesses
the candidate's skill level, and selects ensuing questions
according to the determined skill level. Each test assesses
knowledge in topical areas and in various cognitive skills
areas applicable to all topics. |

Web-based,
quick and efficient. As an ASP, Skillometer provides web-based
skills assessment. Tests are available seven days per
week, twenty-four hours per day worldwide. Test results
are available immediately following each test. |

the same test. Because we maintain large numbers of items,
candidates can take the same tests without repeating questions
and answers. |
