 ·  Activity Center is your home for tracking your account activity. This screen allows you to track assigned tests, as well as view summary data about your account and subordinate accounts. From links on the Activity Center summary reports, you can drill down to detail test results.

 ·  Account Management enables you to manage your account online. You can:
 ·  Purchase tests.
 ·  Share or transfer purchased tests among Accounts.
 ·  Report transactions.

 ·  Subordinate Account Management enables you to delegate test assignment and tracking to others (We call these people "Assigners"). Assigners are typically people who have direct responsibility for qualifying personnel for hiring or performance, such as human relations personnel and recruiters. Assigners may be co-located or located in different offices. Set up some or all Assigners to operate independently or as part of a single company account.

 ·  Test Assignment gives you the ability to assign multiple tests to multiple test takers. When assigning tests, you can adjust the following options:
 ·  Timing - - "Timed" or "Untimed" tests. Timed tests are either "Test Timed" (a time limit for completing the entire test) or "Item Timed" (time limits for completing each question)
 ·  Expiration - This option allows you to determine how many days the test taker has to take the test.
 ·  Results Distribution - You have the option of sending the results of the test to the test taker and/or to co-workers within the company.
 ·  Reports provide complete reporting of current and historical data. There are two types of reports:Score and Transaction Reports.
 ·  Score Report - You can search and select test results by test ticket number, date, test name, test taker name or tracking ID. The score report will show you:
 ·  Personal Score - The sum of correct and partially correct answers (expressed in percentage) that a test taker scored on a test. Click a score from this column to display a detail report for a test.
 ·  Global Score - The average score of test takers for the test.
 ·  Rank - The percentile rank achieved by the test taker of the test.
 ·  Timing - The timing type of a test ("Untimed", "Test Timed" or "Item Timed").
 ·  Personal Testing Time - The elapsed time required for the test taker to complete the test.
 ·  Global Testing Time - The average elapsed time for all test takers to complete the test.
 ·  Transaction Report - You can search and select account transactions by date and account number.

 ·  Tracking ID allows you to uniquely identify and track test takers. Through a user-friendly interface, you can track the activity of each test taker using a unique identifier. You can assign tracking IDs of any type such as email addresses or employee numbers.
